Important Note and Optional Activities
To avoid risk of missing international flights, it is always recommended to have 2 or 3 days extra at the end of the trip to fly international, because Lukla airport is sensitive to fly and the chance of delay or cancel of the flight is always there.
If in case you gain those days, then you can spent extra days to go to Chitwan national park, white water rafting or Pokhara valley tour or do Yoga, message etc at the end of the trip.
If the flight is cancelled more then 3 days to Lukla we may change the itinerary for the betterment of the trip.
Please also be informed that as per the notice received on 17th March 2013, the STOL aircraft’s are allowed only to carry 15 kg baggage including hand baggage with immediate effect. So, all passengers are advised to strictly follow the rules and regulation maintained by airlines.
The extra Luggage charge per KG will be Rs. 110 or USD 1.3 extra one way. Means if you want to carry 10 KG extra luggage you need to pay USD 13 extra one way

Full day heritage sightseeing tour of Kathmandu with an English speaking guide. The sites include Boudhanath Stupa – the biggest Buddhist Stupa in the world, Pashupatinath Temple – the most important Shiva temple in Nepal where Hindu dead people are cremated in the open funeral pyres on the bank of the river called Bagmati, Patan Durbar Square – a medieval royal place area which is an epitome of the medieval art and craft works, and Swoyambhunath – popularly known as monkey temple, this is the oldest site in Kathmandu valley. Enjoy the view of Everest, Lhotse - mountains above 8000 m - and other beautiful Himalayan peaks as you walk through cooling rhododendron, pine, cider forest to go to Tengboche. You will be awestruck by the awesomeness of a historical fourteenth century Buddhist Monastery – Thengboche Monastary.
